Of course, items can be returned and exchanged within 14 days of receipt of the shipment.

As soon as we receive the shipment, we will exchange the item or credit it and send the money back in the same way as we received it.

In the event of an exchange, we will bear the costs of resending the goods to the customer (within the EU).
